Charlie believes financial planning is about far more than investments — it's about helping people build a life they're excited to live. He understands that every client brings a unique relationship with money, shaped by their own experiences, successes, setbacks, and goals. Whether those experiences stem from market downturns, career changes, business ownership, or personal milestones, Charlie believes great financial planning begins with understanding the person before building the portfolio.

While studying at Bucknell University, Charlie discovered his passion for financial planning and investments through the university's student investment program, where he served as lead analyst for the utilities sector, helping manage a portion of the university's endowment fund. Analyzing markets, understanding how economic events influence investment decisions, and developing long-term strategies sparked an interest that quickly grew into a career. Around the same time, reading The Psychology of Money — a book given to him by Kyle Kyper, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® at a DSF shadowing event — reinforced an idea that continues to guide his philosophy today: true wealth is about more than numbers; it's about behavior and perspective.

As a former NCAA Division I football player and four-year starting tight end at Bucknell University, Charlie approaches financial planning through the lens of teamwork. Football taught him that success is never achieved alone — every player has a responsibility to do their 1/11, since one missed assignment can change the outcome. That same principle applies directly to financial planning.

Charlie currently holds a Pennsylvania life, accident, and health insurance license.

Outside the office, Charlie resides in Butler and enjoys hunting, fishing, weightlifting, and a good bonfire with family and friends.
