Luke Thompson

Luke joined DSF Wealth Management Group in early 2026 after graduating from Penn State University with a bachelor’s degree in Management. He had always known he wanted to build a career centered around meaningful relationships and helping others. This passion ultimately led him to financial planning.

Originally from Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Luke connected with DSF partners, Ryan Franks and Kyle Kyper, through a shared passion for golf. They recognized Luke’s skillset and the value he would bring to their team. Following graduation, he obtained his Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, along with his Pennsylvania life, accident, and health insurance license.

While at Penn State, Luke was actively involved in campus life, including participation on the club golf team and THON, the largest student-run philanthropy in the world.

Outside of the office, Luke enjoys spending time on the golf course and with friends and family. He is also an avid supporter of Pittsburgh sports teams, including the Steelers and Pirates, as well as Penn State athletics
